All the rafting excursions start at the office in the heart of Valldal Village, where you'll be provided with important rafting equipment. Once everyone is wearing their equipment and ready to go you'll take a bus to Hoel Bridge, where the outing begins.
The excursion leader will give a thorough safety briefing, teaching you everything you need to know in order to be safe on the river. Afterward, the guides will take you to your boats and teach you how to properly sit and paddle to make the outing as fun as possible! At this point, you'll be ready to go, and after a quick practice paddle on the river you'll set off downstream!
