The provider was very nice, we had a problem but they still made it right for us. The guide though (Louis) was a little unsure. He needs to have more confidence and explain thing a little better. It looked like he didn’t know what he was doing and was a little scared to do it, which is not what you want from a guide.

Excellent. The only complaint I have is that they didnt have the correct shoes for my husband

Great guides! the provider mentions you should not bring phones, or any valuables and not to leave them in the car. We followed the instructions but we saw a number of people bring phones and leave them with the bags at the start of the swim.

Jose is one of the best guides we’ve ever had. He was fun, friendly and accommodating for all languages and levels of physical ability.

Fantastic, the instructor will really help you but you have to tell them if something goes wrong, they will listen you.

Our instructor Connie was excellent. We had full confidence in her and she had just the right mix of encouragement and reassurance to allow us to push our limits without fear. Really brilliant!

Johan was excellent! Picked us and others up from our hotels and was taking care of us the whole way. We had about 10-12 in our caving group.

Clear communication, all the equipment was well provided and the guides were really nice. They even asked if we needed a transfer :)

Instructors made the event, and did a great job getting us there and back and giving a tour of the cave.

Our guides were true professionals. They told us about all basics in caves and some very interesting not that common tips and info.

Très bonne organisation. Petite amélioration à prévoir: fournir des combinaisons complètes car l'eau dans les grottes est froide. Encadrement nickel!

Organised by Experience Mallorca , our small group was guided by Jose, who took care of us all the time and encouraged some who were hesitant to jump or swim. He also had a lot of scientific knowledge about the cave and was happy to answer all our questions.
