Based in the small town of Bovec, HungaroRaft represents a mixture of local and international talent that call the banks of the Soča home. Highly trained and well-traveled, their team of expert rafting guides has tackled some of the world's most infamous river systems, translating that wealth of experience to one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe.

HungaroRaft team members are not only keen guides but successful athletes as well. The majority of our international team has many years of professional experience - and even a few medals! Their rafting team won a bronze medal in the European Championships and participated in the Rafting World Championships in 2005 and 2007. In September 2011, their junior team also won the Golden Raft Team Race on the Soča river.

The river, famed for its distinct emerald green color, is an inviting yet terrifying watercourse that shouldn't be underestimated. Its water flows across waterfalls, rapids, cascades, and rocky gorges - carving surprising canyons and pools across the ages. The river and its Class III-IV tributaries are perfect for adventurous water sports such as wild water kayaking, rafting, etc.

Situated in Bovec, the valley and its surroundings is an adventure seekers' paradise. The Soča is an activity base for many high adrenaline sports that include canyoning, kayaking, caving, hydrospeeding, canoeing, biking, tandem paragliding, or skydiving. You can also try different zip lines and adventure parks, via Ferrata or multi-pitch sports climbing faces.
