Ces passionnés d'activités de plein air mènent un style de vie hédoniste extrême, chacun d'entre eux étant spécialisé dans sa propre discipline, qu'il s'agisse de surfer sur des barils en Indonésie ou de faire du kayak d'eau vive au Népal, ils y sont allés et l'ont fait.
Les frères Ben Starkie et Sam Starkie sont des pionniers du canyoning et du coasteering respectivement.
En 2011, Vertical Descents East Scotland a été créé et Olly Baylis est arrivé à bord avec une grande connaissance de l'industrie des sports d'aventure. Ils sont fiers d'être à l'avant-garde de la formation et du développement de ces sports d'aventure en plein air et sont très respectés dans la communauté de l'outdoor.

My Instructor was a pleasure to climb with, he shared his knowledge and experience very clearly, Sam made sure I was safe from start to finish.
The guides were super supportive , friendly and gave the right amount of encouragement throughout . Easy to hear all the safety info and felt in very good hands.
Sam was our guide and was superb. Patience of a saint.
