Trekking Team est l'un des pionniers mondiaux du saut à l'élastique. Elle a été la première entreprise de plein air en Suisse (fondée en 1988) et la première à introduire cette activité dans ce pays à différents endroits. Depuis 1996, elle possède le saut à l'élastique du barrage de Verzasca qui, avec ses 220 mètres de hauteur, reste à ce jour le plus haut saut à l'élastique d'Europe.
Nommé d'après le saut original et légendaire du film 007 "GoldenEye" avec Pierce Brosnan dans le rôle de James Bond au service de sa majesté, cet endroit a été le site de nombreux autres films et de scènes de cascades au fil des ans, comme dans le célèbre film de Bollywood "Doom3".Doom3", "Fire ; Ice & Dynamite" de Bogner ainsi que des productions télévisées telles que "The Amazing Race" ou "A league of their own". La cascade de GoldenEye a été récompensée par le prix de la "meilleure cascade de film" et est restée célèbre au fil des ans.

Although we were anxious the team on site was at all times supportive and created an atmosphere that made us comfortable with completing the jump and thoroughly enjoying the experience. They even played one of our favourite bands - the Dropkick Murphys :-)

A la réservation, c’était indiqué qu’il y avait des interlocuteurs français, mais personne sur place ne parler ma langue. Heureusement avec des notions d’anglais j’ai su écouter les instructions mais sans ça, c’était complexe.. Sur place il y avait allemand et anglais pas Italien non plus. Mis à part ça, ils ont eu énormément de patiente à tout m’expliquer, on donner beaucoup de bonne humeur et surtout encourage les moins déterminés à sauter !
