Les dunes de sable épiques du Cap sont l'endroit idéal pour apprendre à rider sans les lourds vêtements d'extérieur et le coûteux forfait de remontée mécanique. Laissez tomber la frénésie et prenez une planche sur le Western Cape avec des leçons d'aventure sur le sable brûlant qui s'élève de la plage.
Offrant des sensations fortes et des vues imprenables, en montant et descendant les énormes pentes de Houtbay et Betty's Bay, les leçons de groupe de SA Forest Adventure vous donnent la chance d'essayer l'un des nouveaux sports d'action les plus populaires d'Afrique du Sud avec des vues panoramiques époustouflantes (et peut-être quelques observations de baleines si vous êtes chanceux !)
Situé sur les rives à une heure de la ville, le sable argenté de Betty's Bay offre des dunes de 250 mètres et une vue imprenable sur la zone marine protégée. Avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan à la périphérie de la réserve naturelle de Kogelberg et des Hottentots-Holland Mountains, le sandboarding est peut-être nouveau pour les dunes imposantes - mais c'est sans doute la meilleure façon de découvrir le Cap-Occidental.
Pour une expérience plus proche de chez vous, SA Forest Adventures opère également à Hout Bay. Proposant des cours de groupe à l'ombre de la Montagne de la Table, la péninsule du Cap regorge d'endroits où vous pourrez tester votre technique et traîner sur la plage avec des pingouins africains résidents !

Thabiso and Attie were amazing instructors. I felt completely safe with them. My nerves were shot but they were so patient with me.
The guides were fun, humorous and out-going and pleasant to be around, and between the two of them they shepherded everyone around the route without obviously appearing to do so. The pace throughout matched the competencies of the riders and the guides gauged this well. The safety, riding instructions and activity briefing was perfectly pitched.

Collen was awesome! He showed us all the great places to take pictures and was very alert to how we were coping as we were first time riders.
Steven was phenomenal, his instructions were clear, and the quick "test drive" just to get a handle of the bikes in a great touch. On the route he pace was just right, we stopped for views and he kept checking on us, thank you very much, we felt very safe! :)

Kulu (our memory might be failing us here, sorry about that!) was an amazing guide. He took the time to get to know the participants and kept us excited the whole time. All safety procedures were clearly explained, and he also took time for a joke here and there.

The guide was very helpful, skillful and a great guide. Very sensitive to my mother, who is 70 years old. The equipment though, needs some mechanical service as the one bike's steering was loose and the other's back brake did not work at all.
