Tienen la ventaja única de haber trabajado por cuenta propia para la mayoría de las empresas de los alrededores de Kiruna y la zona de Icehotel, esto les ha dado una gran visión de lo que otros ofrecen y lo que piensan que pueden hacer mejor.
Equipados con la experiencia de cómo trabajan los demás, además de sus amplios conocimientos de las regiones nórdicas, el guiado turístico, el cuidado de los perros, así como su comportamiento y las carreras, ofrecen a los huéspedes una mezcla única de viajes activos y aventureros en trineo tirado por perros.

Very good. From pickup to giving instructions and showing us round afterwards all staff were welcoming and knowledgeable.
The provider was great! They went to great lengths to make certain everyone understood what to do, and how to behave around the dogs. It was extremely obvious that they cared greatly for the dogs, and did a great job explaining everything from the breeding process, education/training, to the social interaction of all the dogs. They knew each and every dog's personality and traits so to make teams that worked together perfectly. The staff also took the time for each of us to get to spend time with the dogs, and help manage to particular ones used on our sled. I felt that the whole operation was run in a very responsible manner, both for the dog's well-being as well as the guests.
The instructor, a German girl, is all kindness and professionalism; always with a good face and spreading his passion for dogs

The staff were great with us, they made us feel very welcome, safe and answered lots of questions that people and afterwards. The dogs were really healthy and happy.
