South Adventures, founded in 2004, is a company that is specialises in the most successful water sports in the world, SUP - stand up paddle boarding, surfing and kiteboarding.

They cater for everyone, from absolute beginners to more experienced riders who want to explore and learn these unique sports.

Their base located in the charming city of Lisbon, offers fantastic conditions with plenty of spots for all needs throughout the year surrounded by incredible scenery. Most of these beautiful stand up paddle boarding, surfing and kiteboarding spots are only around ten to 20 minutes from the city centre, making them very easy to reach.

Depending on the weather and sea conditions, the lessons will be conducted on the following beaches; Guincho, Tamariz, Poça, Parede, Carcavelos, Costa da Caparica and Lagoa de Albufeira.

South Adventures is able to organize tours or trips to explore Lisbon area, and if you wish, Portugal's coast searching for the best spots for you favorite sport! You and the quality of your vacations are their main concerns, therefore they are able to offer tailor made packages to suit your budget, schedule and wish.

South Adventures are Lokahi stand up paddle board official distributors for Portugal, Underwave accessories, FCS, Future Fins and North Kiteboarding dealers in Lisbon, meaning that the school and center are always fully and super quality equipped for all the needs. They also work as a test center for all the brands.

The instructors are extremely experienced on all sports, with several decades spent in the water, teaching or just having fun for themselves.

South Adventures is also able to supply the storage and equipment for all their activities and with prior arrangement. Female instructors may be available if you'd feel more comfortable learning from woman.

Transportation to the chosen practice spot, as well as to and from the airport is also provided.
