Based on the stunning Greek island of Lefkada, this lesser-known resort is renowned for its exotic blue beaches. Connected to the mainland, the island is easily reachable by car rather than ferry – making it an accessible and convenient stop on any adventure across the Mediterranean. Nicknamed the ‘Caribbean of Greece’, the western coast is celebrated for its picturesque coastline – whilst the west is home to some of the area’s most important coastal caves. Beaches, like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma and Egremni, are among the most photographed places in Greece.

Operating tours from Nidri & Mikros Gialos Beach, guests can choose from a selection of sea kayaking trips that range from a few hours to a full day – visiting points of interest and local attractions along the way. Their best-selling tour travels to Papanikolis Cave on neighbouring Meganisi Island – a unique sea cave (the second largest cave in Greece) whilst their short half-day tour along the Ionian shore is better suited to first-time kayakers and families.
