Les Sentiers De La Mer is a platform based on a collaborative economy, which connects sailboat owners and outdoor travellers since 2021.

Joseph Durand, retired sailboat owner and former mountaineer had the idea after a trip with friends to bring the world of the land and the sea together by offering a sailboat refuge to hikers on the Basque coast. Since then, 5 partners have developed the concept throughout the French coastline. They have a total fleet of 50 sailboats and offer this meeting and sharing to many hikers wishing to discover the coastline in an unusual way.
