Two very welcoming fellows, easy to talk to and informative. No fuss, straight up the mountain, brief safety information and off we went. I was even given some advice about the local area for things to do after our activity. It was my partner's first time paragliding and she really felt at ease. You can tell that they love doing it.
We had a scheduling problem they were very accommodating I recommend 1000%
