- They have an extra person at Silfra assisting you before and after the snorkelling experience. They call this person Surface Support and they make sure your tour runs smoothly. They also provide extra safety for you and the guides.
- They built their own changing room so that the guests have the opportunity to dress up inside a heated changing van.
- After snorkeling in the cold water, they warm you up with hot cocoa and cookies.
- Their guides are all experienced PADI divemasters and instructors that have been through professional training before running any of the tours.
L'équipe est très sympa (un grand merci à Aleks pour sa gentillesse) et vous serez bien équipés avant de descendre dans l'eau: combinaison sèche avec vos vêtements thermiques en-dessous, gants, capuche, masque, tuba. Cela serre un peu autour du cou et des poignets mais quand vous serez dans l'eau, vous serez bien contents que l'eau n'entre pas ! Seule la bouche est en contact avec cette eau très froide et honnêtement, au bout d'une dizaine de minutes, on ne sent même plus sa bouche, on est seulement captivé par la beauté de l'endroit ! Aucune sensation de froid dans le corps alors qu'on reste presque une heure dans de l'eau à 2 degrés.

We had Constance as instructor and she was awesome. Not only did she give great instructions and information... she also had a lot of humor. It made the whole 'getting into cold water' thing a lot easier. The humor (and stories of disney villain orca's), instructions and help with getting the suits on were great. And she gave us plenty of time to swim around, which was nice too! So thanks Constance!
