Ben was great! Very easy going and professional. He told us lots of the history of the mountains and about the animals and vegetation etc. So it was very informative. At the end of the shoeing we took a little tour in the Le Tour Village and Ben told us about the history of the village.

Benjamin rang the day before to confirm the meeting point (including the bus number and bus stop). He ensured everyone's snow shoes fit properly. He stopped regularly to allow everyone to catch up and to explain about the local wildlife etc. He is clearly very knowledge and experienced.
