Take flight via hang gliding or paragliding with Airvolution, a company based in the Aletsch region in Valais, nestled in the middle of the Swiss Alps.
Airvolution has evolved over three generations in a family passionate for both aviation and the Alps. In 1952, Hermann Geiger accomplished his first glacier landing, setting the stone for modern mountain rescue aviation. Hermann’s son Pierre turned to the Upper Valais air rescue operations, such as Air-Glaciers, which had been founded by his father in 1965. Hermann’s grandson Raoul now operates Airvolution. Raoul is committed and on the road daily with customers or student pilots. The team is now well established with passionate pilots that spend every free minute in the air. All pilots are certified and authorized to operate commercial flights within the guidelines of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) and the Swiss Hang Gliding Federation (SHV).
Meine Tochter und ich sind mit Roul geflogen, einfach perfekt!
