If the Flyer didn't give you enough goosebumps, you can double up by going on a ride on the First Glyder, the eagle of the Jungfrau area, where you can feel like you're flying along a real bird of prey, on the 800-metre-long flight route at up to 83 km/h speed. There is also plenty of hiking to be done: the Cliff Walk which takes you along the rock to a viewing platform, is one to send shivers down the spine of even the most daring ones and then you will be rewarded with the sight of the Lake Bachalpsee after an hour-long walk to the lake.

The day will end with a train ride back to Interlaken where you will be able to relax and let the experience of the day sink in, leaving long-lasting memories.

Practical information

The highlight of the activity: the hike leads over a broad, well-developed path past the flowering alpine meadows to Lake Bachalp. At the start of the hike, there is a short but steep ascent to the Gummihütte that must be tackled. Afterwards, you will be able to walk up to the blue jewel of the Bernese Alps. The sharp, jagged peaks of the Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn and Finsteraarhorn on the opposite side of the valley will impress you with their immense beauty. You will be able to take a well-deserved break in the middle of this untouched nature.

07:50 – Pick-up in Interlaken
08:05 - Board train to Grindelwald
08:39 - Visit the town of Grindelwald
09:30 – take the cable car to First Peak
10:00 – Do all activities (First Flyer, First Glide, when they are open)
12:00 – Have lunch on First
13:00 – Start the hike towards Lake Bachalp
16:18 – Take the train back to Interlaken

It is necessary to have no fear of heights as you will have a short ride in gondolas, suspended high up in the air.
